TwitBubble

Using computer vision to detect faces, TwitBubble draws a thought bubble next to the face, and displays the most recent tweet from the Twitter user entered in the GUI. Made with Processing, OpenCV (face detection), ControlP5 (GUI), Tiwtter4J, in about 5 hours, most of that time was spent on figuring out the twitter4j library.

  1. I like this and I’d love to check it out but I am having trouble downloading the source code. Would you be kind enough to send me the files by email with the step by steps for installing the libraries/APIs?

  3. Hey – I’ve updated the download link. I think the Twitter API has changed since I did this project so it might not work. But you’ll still be able to see the logic and stuff.
